Get onto Cabot St. heading toward Salem Bridge.
Pass Cabot Cinema on
right.
Pass large brown church on left.
At Hale Street (between two churches) turn
left.
Stay to the left around island.
Our office is the mint green Victorian on the
right at the corner of Hale St. and Ocean St.
Please park in front of the office or the church or on Ocean Street. The parking in back, as well as in the adjacent lot is for tenants only and not available for patients.
Come in and have a cup of tea while you complete your registration papers!
